Our Story

Talon Digital, a team of skilled Marketing Engineers. was born three-years ago out of the same digital lead attribution challenges multi-family marketers face every day.  

 

Property Website or general digital media spend sources dominated our lead reports, ultimately leading to a lot of uncertainty in our agency vendors' strategies and execution. 

We knew digital media spend was essential, but which channels drove more leads, and which digital tactics were driving results? Furthermore, we wanted a holistic digital strategy and were often frustrated by the limited capabilities of agencies combined with their “nickel-and-dime” approach to various digital media channels.  Our partners demanded better performance while seeking to optimize digital spend and find any possible savings. 

We took matters into our own hands and Talon Digital developed an innovative approach that leverages advanced attribution technology, combined with property-specific strategies and skilled media management to enable smarter marketing decisions.
